Brad - Devlog 01
Week 1 - Day 1 - We started sorting out the Trello board and planning roles within the team.
Week 1 - Day 2 - I got straight into moodboards and concepting tiles by looking at Frank Lloyd Wright and MC Escher for inspiration. After drawing up a few sketches and getting feedback from my team we went with the Frank Lloyd Wright styled inspired tiles.
Week 1 - Day 3 - I'd made basic placeholder tile models for Lorne to get the programming started.
Week 1 - Day 4 - We came up with a concept to include into the tile being snake body parts so you build a snake from head to tail to help with the storyline and environments aesthetics.
Week 1 - Day 5 - 7 - I started making the snake tubes/stomach parts along with the north arrow for the non rotatable tiles and finished the high poly versions by the end of the week.
Week 2 - Day 1 - 3 - I then made multiple versions of the tile to determine if the tile was regular, magnetized or old and broken.
